At the Cloud Connect event in Santa Clara, Calif., I could literally feel the energy and excitement of the  cloud computing community, in the hallways, during the keynotes or in the Expo area.

For the next 3 years, M.R. projects a huge increase in cloud adoption as companies increase their IT budget on cloud computing infrastructure and applications.
